I purchased this watch for Christmas present for my husband and it looks great. I’m sure he’ll love it.

Bought this item because it just look unique. I have read good and bad from rotary but it is still too early for me to give opinion on the mechanism of rotary. The watch arrived fast and just according to picture. I was a little afraid because the same model number has 2 designs, one that is more round with the blue dials, and another that has straight lines and black dials. I specifically wanted the straight line and black dials because looks more modern. I got exactly what I wanted! The leather seems good quality. The only thing that I think was wrong was the manual that didn't match the watch, but I need to look that up online. Very satisfied at this moment.

Great stylish and functional watch, Im impressed with the alround quality for the price. The leather strap is comfortable and the black strap, stainless steel finish and blue hands complement eachother perfect. The diameter is Goldilocks size for my wrist, I love the style of having the clockwork exposed and Im surprised at how slim it is for and automatic watch. Though If youre the type thats sensitive to cold, I do recommend warm the watch first because of the crystal bottom that lets you see the inner works. My only criticism is the instruction manual. Either the wrong one is packaged, its in need in updating, or it needs to be made clearer. As even though its dolphin standard, the model isnt shown in the dolfin standard section as the adjustment dail doesnt match the dolphin standard ones shown. So now Im ultra cautious about getting it wet, despite it being dolphin standard.

I bought this watch as a gift for my Son, so as yet he has not seen it, but I think it looks really good, nicely boxed and I am sure my Son will be delighted

I was looking for a vintage style Rotary for work. Found this watch and loved the transparent design. The watch feels great to wear with a decent weight to it, not heavy but not so light that it feels cheap. The watch looks great, the fact you can see the workings and gears is awesome and you find yourself looking at that more than checking the time.

I had been looking for a watch for a while and this one jumped out at me as something that would suit me best. I ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived the next day for free. I have only had it a week and Ive had a few people complement me on it.

The watch is mechanical and it has a motion mechanism, like a gyroscope, that keeps the watch wound and running whilst I am wearing it. This feature is so handy, because I have owned mechanical watched before, and you need to keep checking it is still running and wound. This watch relieves the owner of that responsibility, and it just need winding when you put it on if you havent worn it in a few days.
Overall, I am very happy about buying this watch, and better yet, there is a life time guarantee. I know that if anything goes wrong, I am covered and supported.

Nice and simple yet different than other watches, got the most praise for the way it looks. The buckle is odd if you haven't used it before but it's good once you get the hang of it.

Only criticism is that the instructions of how to initially set up the watch was difficult to follow as it seemed to be not specfic to the watch ordered.

I was very excited to receive my watch at free next day delivery, I couldnt wait to get home to see it! This product looks even better in the flesh. The watch has a big face so you can see all of the cogs moving when the clock is activated, and this is truly amazing I have never seen a skeleton watch before and I swear I sat there for like 5 minutes just watching it tick away and watching the cogs move! The quality of the item is amazing, you can tell by the weight of the watch and the feel of the watch that it is expensive. I do like how the item was displayed in the packaging, as I presumed it would be fastened around a little pillow, in fact the watch wasnt fastened, in fact there was protective plastic over the buckle. I also like the genuine leather strap, as it states on the inside of the strap. I cant wait to give this as a gift! I would definitely recommend this product, trust me, you wont be disappointed

There is no date or day function which I think rather ingeniously showcases this watches beautiful timekeeping mechanics in front of you. just what i wanted , just perfect, LOVE IT.

Firstly I would like to commend Watch Shop for their overall shopping experience, it was first class! The price was unbeatable at £138.94 £225 RRP, and the images, description and delivery times were all very accurate. I was even able to have it delivered to my local Goldsmiths store the next day for collection!

The Rotary watch itself is superb, I am not an enthusiast but wanted an automatic skeleton watch, with good reliability that wouldnt break the bank, and this seemed to fit the bill. Rotary has fitted this watch with a Miyota 8N24 automatic movement, which although not Swiss is very accurate only gaining about 8 seconds every couple of days. In my opinion the watch has a nice blend between casual and formal with the 38mm watch face not too big, even for small wrists. The skeleton detailing on this watch is excellent, with a blend of silver and gold metal with pink jewels, and hands that are a subtle blue colour, aiding time reading on the complicated skeleton dial. The watch strap is 22mm, fully padded leather with crocodile effect, which is really comfortable after its worn in takes about a week.

In conclusion, if youre looking for a watch thats a throwback to the days before batteries, attractive in a way that will draw comments and looks, and is at home in a casual or formal setting, then look no further than this one form Rotary.

I bought this watch as a wedding gift for my husband. I wanted something very classic with a vintage appearance and this watch was perfect. It has a beautiful weight to it as an automatic which is to be expected - it is heavier than a quartz powered watch, and slightly thicker also so might not be for you if youre looking for something small and sleek. I chose the leather strap for ease of wear - no faffing with getting links removed etc. I much preferred the black but it does also come in brown if thats what youre looking for. I have a soft spot for Rotary watches as I really appreciate watches made by watchmakers, theres a finer quality to it than a designer watch, and this was everything I wanted for him to wear on his wedding day. I wasnt keen on the blue hands at first, but due to the detail, these are necessary to tell the time as doesnt affect the appearance of the watch. Beautiful.

Watch itself is great, the way you see the mechanism work is almost hypnotizing.Its a self-winding mechanical so you dont need to wind it as long as its on your hand. Keeps time properly. No audible ticking.
The dial arrows change color depending on the angle you view them, they go from black to blue, it helps with visibility as well.
The fit on my bigger than average wrist is still comfortable, the leather is a bit stiff at first, but should loosen up with time. Smells good.

Overall I am happy with this purchase and will choose watchshop again, as the price was lower than everywhere else, delivery was free and super fast.
